Warehouse / Technical Service position

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. This is a joint role entailing warehouse responsibilities and (after training) technical service roles.
The successful applicant would preferably have warehouse experience and be technically minded. Bicycle store experience and/or technical knowledge of bicycles and bicycle components would be beneficial. As would good computer literacy with an excellent attendance and work record and great attention to detail.

Ideally you would have experience within the bicycle industry and posses outstanding customer service skills with the following attributes:
- Minimum 12 months experience within a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to Detail
- Some technical cycling knowledge would be an advantage
Your key responsibilities for this role would include:
- Answering the telephone
- Processing customer orders
- Providing technical advice and product information
- Assist with daily general duties
