The 2010 Canberra Capital Punishment
What an amazing event Capital Punishment is shaping up to be! With nearly 2,000 keen riders who rushed to enter the inaugural event, it will be a sight to behold! The Capital Punishment course will take in the best of the Canberra single tracks including Sparrow Hill, Kowen Forest, Majura Pines, Black Mountain and Mt Stromlo. These famous single tracks will be linked via fire trails with only the minimum necessary bitumen.

The Ride Around the Lake
Ride Around The Lake is a charity ride to be held on Saturday, 8 May 2010, raising money for My Place and the MS Australia - ACT/NSW/VIC. The main ride being a 40km circuit around Lake Illawarra with shorter circuits available for younger riders.
You dont need to be riding a bike to be a part of Ride Around the Lake 2010. There is lots of fun for all the family on the foreshore of the Illawarra Yacht Club.
There will be rides, jumping castles, childrens play areas, grassed picnic areas, food, drinks and entertainment, or come and join our cheer squads for our scheduled ride starts at 8am, 8:15am, 8:30am for our 40km riders and 8.45am for our 12km and 4km riders!
